With a warm ovation after a fascinating concert, where Debora collaborated with many people amongst whom the lutenist Manuel Minguillon and the upcoming guitarist Ahmed Dickinson, next to her regular partner Merel van der Knoop and a string quartet, Debora finished her studies at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. The programme of the concert “A Passionate Journey” reflected on the personal and professional journey that it has taken Debora to arrive at this point. She sang songs from 9 different countries and doing so, took the audience on a small journey through the different musical styles of Europe. She gave it all a very personal twist by coming on stage wearing a long red coat and a turquoise suitcase as if she had just returned from her journey. It was a truly joyous event and a wonderful end to so many years of studies.
